Pay HOA Fees

The Keys Landing HOA fee is $95/month due on the 1st of every month. Please refer to the Collection policy located here.

The fees are used to perform the following:

• Maintenance of the park and docks.

• Liability insurance for the Association connected with the KLHOA property and Officers & Directors insurance for the volunteer Board.

• Bookkeeper, gardener & CPA fees for required annual reporting and tax prep.

• Reserve fund (typically $3000/year to pay for long term maintenance and improvements).

Payment Options

• Paper Invoices are sent to your home address or email address.
